What 3D and 2D drawing formats do you accept for quotation? +
We prefer 3D models in STEP (.step, .stp), IGES (.igs, .iges), or Parasolid (.x_t) format. For critical fits, tapped holes, and cosmetic standards, please also include a 2D PDF drawing detailing tolerances (ISO 8062-3 for as-cast and ISO 2768-m for CNC features).
How fast can I receive a quotation and DFM analysis? +
Our engineering team delivers a formal itemized quotation (tooling cost, piece price, sample lead time, mass production cycle) within 24 business hours. Complex assemblies with MoldFlow thermal and porosity simulation require 24–48 hours.
What is your typical lead time for die cast tooling and first samples (T1)? +
Standard high-pressure die casting tooling takes 18 to 25 calendar days. For urgent prototypes, our rapid tooling cell can deliver initial T1 trial samples in 10 to 14 days, with CNC machined billets available in 3 to 5 days.
How do you protect customer intellectual property and tooling ownership? +
We sign bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to CAD review. All molds remain 100% the property of the client. We guarantee molds will never be used for any third-party production, and provide free lifetime mold maintenance, cleaning, and insured storage.
What export shipping terms (Incoterms) and payment methods do you support? +
We support EXW, FOB Shenzhen, FOB Hong Kong, CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid directly to your door in USA or Europe). Payment terms typically include T/T wire transfer and L/C for major production programs.
